Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

Eligible for Return:Unused items in original condition. Items with original tags and packaging. Candles that are unburned and in original packaging. Apparel that is unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:Digital downloads (coloring pages, digital affirmation cards). Books and journals that have been written in or used.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at  orders@nursesoulcare.com

Include your order number, first and last name and the email associated with the order that you wish to return. Also include the reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at orders@nursesoulcare.com

Please include your order number. Photos of the damaged item and packaging. As well as a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
